I took an old worn out pair of kids leggings and sewed up a new pair of leggings for Barbie! The best pattern to use for any Barbie outfit is the actual doll clothing you already have that comes with Barbie. It makes it easy to figure out how to cut and where to sew. I added a pretty jeweled button on the front of the barbie leggins.
